We currently ship ONLY within the continental United States.  All payments must be made in US funds through US held accounts. 

       We will do our best to see that all orders are shipped within 3-10 business days of receipt of order with payment.  Shipping is either by UPS or USPS in most cases, depending on location.

       Shipping and handling charges are already included in the listed price of all products currently offered as indicated on the top of their corresponding page.

 PLEASE NOTE:      "Ship to" address must be the same as the "bill to" address or verfied with credit card issuer. P.O. Box orders will only be accepted if they are "confirmed" /or verified with credit card issuer, otherwise the order will be shipped to your "bill to" address. 

DAMAGES OR RETURNS: Any package received in damaged condition should be reported immediately, directly to the handler/either UPS or USPS.  Any goods received defective should be reported to admin@halfmoonhealth.com immediately.  If not reported within 15 days of receipt of product, credit cannot be given.   You must wait to receive "return shipping instructions" before attempting to return defective merchandise or the return will NOT be accepted and credit will NOT be issued. 

Please NOTE:  We CANNOT accept the return of any Bath, Beauty, fragrance or cosmetics products  offered on the "Bath" and "Beauty" pages as well as "Gifts" and "Fragrance Sets" pages due to the personal nature of these products.  All items of this nature will be considered "Final Sale" upon shipment of the order.  Placing an order for these products constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Any items ordered from our Gifts and Fitness pages can be returned for credit within 15 days of receipt of order by contacting:  admin@halfmoonhealth.com within 15 days of receipt of order.  You must wait to receive "return shipping instructions" before attempting to return merchandise or the return will NOT be accepted and credit will not be issued.  Appropriate credit will be issued upon receipt of returned goods minus shipping and handling charges. No credit is given for cost of return shipping.
